How to Register

·         Click on the “Click here to Register” icon on the left hand side of this page

·         Select “Login” in the top right corner

o   If you are making a new account, please complete all fields on the account information page for the member (parent/guardian)

·         Under "My Account" select “Add Participant” and complete ALL fields to add any children that will be registered in the program

·         Once all participants have been added, click on the “Registration” tab

o   You can use the filters on the left hand side of the page to easily find the program you are looking for (ie. CanSkate, StarSkate, etc)

·         Click on “Register” beside the program of your choice. You will then need to select the appropriate participant at that time (if registering more than one person)

o   This item will then be added to your cart

o   You may now either proceed to checkout, or return to the Registration page to register more participants or add additional programs to your cart

·         For skaters registering in Junior or Senior StarSkate:

o   You must choose which day(s) of the week your skater will be attending, and add EACH day to your cart. A discount will be applied to your cart depending on if you are skating 1, 2, 3, or 4 days per week.

o   Dryland Training: if your skater wishes to participate in this years Dryland Training, please add this program to your cart. There is no cost associated with it, but it needs to be added to your cart so that we know how many skaters are planning to attend.

·         Once you have finished adding programs and participants, you can select “Shopping Cart” in the top right hand corner of the screen

o   Please review that you have selected the correct programs for each participant

·          Under “Products and Subscriptions” you will see the following items

o   2026/2027 Skate Canada Fee

§  This is a $66/participant fee that must be paid at the time of registration and is non-refundable. The Skate Canada fee provides access to Skate Canada programs, insurance coverage, and the opportunity to participate in sanctioned events like competitions. It includes a national and sectional portion, a Safe Sport fee, and an injury benefit for registrants.

o   2026/2027 Volunteer Deposit

§  The CSC is no longer accepting post dated cheques or PAD agreements for Volunteer Deposits, they must be paid online through UpLifter at the time of registration.

§  If you are registering multiple skater’s in different programs, the website will automatically attach 2 different Volunteer deposits, depending on the programs you are registering for. You are only responsible for completing the completing the volunteer commitment for the program that has the greatest hours/deposit.   

·         For example, if you are registering a skater in CanSkate and Jr StarSkate, you must only complete the hours required for the Jr StarSkate program.

§  If you select the “Pay in Full” payment option by credit card, you will be required to pay your volunteer Deposit upfront. Should you complete your required hours, this amount will be refunded to you at the end of the season.

§  If you select the “Pay by Installments” option by credit card, you will only be charged the volunteer deposit at the end of the season if you have not fulfilled your volunteer requirements.

·         Read through the policies then choose to agree

·         Select payment method

·         Fill in payment information

You will receive email confirmation of your order, and once you have printed your invoice/receipt your registration is complete.
